Best Gin of 2018

Well its been quite a year fellow Gin lovers, and a fair amount of Gin may (or may not!) have been consumed by yours truly.

As the year draws to a close, I felt compelled to present to you the Gin Geeks best Gin of 2018.

This is actually currently number one on my list of Best Pink Gins, and has gone down well all Summer…. and Autumn…. and most of the Winter too. I personally gravitate to a Gin with a crisp citrus note, and I must confess that Chase Pink Grapefruit and Polemo Gin takes the crown in my humble opinion of Best Gin of 2018.

So don’t delay, order yourself (or a friend) a bottle today!

The Gin

A sublime pale, pink, crisp and zesty premium pink Gin. So smooth you could drink it neat. (Heck to that though, if I am drinking Pink Gin I want a quality tonic, fancy garnish, and possibly a miniature umbrella thrown in).

The Bottle

Discreet squat bottle with delicate use of the labeling, which is both classy and timeless.

Known Botanicals

Juniper, Grapefruit, Pomelo, orange peel, liquorice, elderflower and bitter almond.

A Bit of Trivia

This Pink Grapefruit and Pomelo Gin is produced by copper pot distilling in the UK with a number of botanicals including pink grapefruit and pomelo peels.

Best Served

With ice, tonic water, and a generous wedge of grapefruit (I personally prefer just the peel).null
